Lauren Hill, Regional Communications Manager for Texas and Oklahoma recently received Director of the Year at the APCO International and NENA of Arkansas Conference. She has been with LifeNet for 5 years starting out as a dispatcher on a console. Her commitment to her employees, the patients that call in, and to the community LifeNet serves is incredible. Lauren strives every day to be a better manager, better friend and better human and LifeNet is grateful for her.

When asked about what this award meant to her she stated, “Winning this award means the world to me, especially because I was nominated by the incredible team at our communications center. A big part of my role is ensuring they have the support they need to deliver the best possible service to our patients and partners. To hear that I’ve succeeded in that enough for them to recognize me is both humbling and incredibly meaningful. It’s truly one of the most powerful feelings, and I am deeply grateful”.
